What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wide range of payment options so that your EarMall.com purchases will be safe, simple, and secure.

You can use all major credit cards and debit cards through your choice of our secure credit card processor or PayPal. You can also use PayPal to pay by e-check or have funds deducted directly from your bank account. Do you accept insurance? Unfortunately, no, we do not accept insurance.

What are your shipping policies and prices?

For shipments within the United States, we ship via USPS Priority, which takes 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed. Processing takes place 1-3 business days.

Note: Please allow additional time for shipping of refurbished products due to limited availability. Also, please allow additional shipping time if you’ve requested programming for your product.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. Before returning an item, please email us at info@earmall.com or call us at (877) 694-4327 [(877) MY-IHEAR], and we will give you a return confirmation number. No returns will be accepted without a return confirmation number.

Hearing aids can be easily damaged in shipping, so returns must be packaged in a small box similar to the boxes we use to ship our orders. All hearing aid returns and/or repairs shipped in envelopes will be refused, marked 'Return to Sender'.

***Returned products that are physically damaged will not be refunded***

What is your warranty policy?

Warranty covers all product defects. All new iHear products come with a one-year warranty. Refurbished iHears have a six-month warranty.

What are refurbished iHears?

Refurbished iHears are pre-owned iHears reconditioned to like new working order, and feature a full six-month warranty. Refurbished iHears are a great way to save a substantial amount over the cost of new hearing aids.

I have a used hearing aid I'd like to sell. Do you buy them?
